While I was about to type “duck fat” into my Google browser, Google kindly suggested that I wanted to actually be typing “duck fart.” It’s true. I didn’t know I wanted to, but I really, really did.
As it turns out, a “duck fart” is a kind of cocktail. Or maybe it should be a cockducktail? OR, simply, a ducktail. Which is a homonym of “ducktale,” a.k.a. singular form of DUCKTALES! OOH WOO HOO!
Here is the recipe:
1/2 oz Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee whiskey
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
